SLA light curing molding technology

3D printing offers one of the widest selections of materials, producing smooth surfaces and providing excellent detail. Printed objects have the feel of injection molded parts and are widely used for prototyping, single-batch and low-volume manufacturing, and dental/medical models and Production of prosthetics. SLA is a good choice for prototypes and low-volume production.

SLS selective laser sintering

Direct digital manufacturing with extreme precision. It is used for rapid prototyping, low-volume manufacturing and custom tool production. It works with sand, rubber, metal, glass and polymers including nylon and polystyrene.

MJF multi-jet fusion technology

It is a powder bed fusion 3D printing process. In this process, a flux binds the powdered materials together, which are then heated to fuse them to create the 3D part. The MJF process can print precise, durable and hard parts in nylon PA11, PA12 and PP. They can also print flexible TPU parts.

SLM metal laser sintering printing

It is an industrial metal 3D printing technology. SLM is similar to SLS in that parts are built from a series of metal materials one layer at a time by sintering metal powders together. is a process that enables the construction of highly complex shapes that are nearly impossible by other methods.
